From the maintenance agent to the director’s position, FALAIT SPA brings together a large number of professions and positions which depend on an organization chart drawn up by our General Management.
Our industry allows us to invent, produce and distribute our products and to do so, we have set up 04 directions that accompany each other to meet our needs.
Sales and Marketing
The Sales and Marketing Departments work closely to increase the revenue, retain customers and guarantee the company's position in the market. The various jobs of sales men, developers, area managers, supervisors, merchandisers, back office managers, sales administration, customer service manager, product manager, trade marketing and communication and marketing manager, are the pillars from both directions.
HR and Finance and Accounting
Overseen by the General Management and its secretaries, monitoring of the administration, represented by the HR Department, in different trades (payroll, social, clocking, training and career management) and the Finance & Accounting Department, as well as the audit & management control.
Supply Chain
The support of the Supply Chain Department is just as important to manage all logistics flows. The major local purchasing functions, up to importation and inventory management, lead management to manage all supplies, control and optimize inventory levels, order status and the production plan. These jobs of planning and scheduling officers, logistics and transport supervisors, port operations officers, stock managers of the various products (raw materials, finished goods, packaging, etc.) the different levels of storekeeper, truck driver, drivers, help to ensure the targeted level of the company performance of the customer satisfaction.
Industrial
Evolving in an industrial environment, FALAIT SPA has its own production facilities, bringing together several jobs in order to carry out the various manufacturing processes. Versatile agents, preparers, team leaders, machinists, as well as quality trades such as technicians, controllers, UHT drivers, etc. The Technical Department supports and plays a major role in ensuring the proper functioning of the production process by keeping it in optimum condition, with the various functions of engineers and technicians, from maintenance, to methods, to utilities, automation and new works.
The managers of each structure and the directors of the various departments participate in the strategy development and implementation with the alignment of the top management.

FALAIT SPA embraces the policy advocated by the public authorities, through the professional training of its workforce, apprenticeships and internships in various specialties. Several training courses are launched during the year following a training plan established beforehand in order to contribute to the development of the skills of FALAIT SPA employees.
